The store & products

This store sells physical home goods — bedding, bath and travel products. Product descriptions, including references to 'hotel-grade' quality, describe the standard of the goods only and do not constitute the provision of any accommodation or hospitality service.

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. If we discover an error in a price or description, we may cancel and refund the affected order.

Prices & payment

All prices are listed and charged in USD. Applicable shipping, taxes and duties are as described in our Shipping policy. Payments are processed by our third-party providers, Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order you agree to the applicable provider's terms — Stripe's Services Agreement (stripe.com/legal/ssa) or PayPal's User Agreement — where they apply. We do not store your full card details; see our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms and preserves your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Acceptable use

Your use of this store is also subject to our Acceptable Use policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
